Fan question

I see a black fan underneath the car right behind the air filters you can see it too..

ive never seen the fan move.

what is that fan for? ive turned the car on and ran the AC and still it doesnt move....

is it broken? i was just wondering........thanks

The pusher fan right behind the air intake is the pusher fan for the AC condenser. It should run when the AC is turned on and under load.

Doesn't affect anything other than the AC system.
