Hey everyone, I hope all is well. I have a S2 RB25 with Altima fans, and a pep-boys electric thermestat kit. The fuse on the kit keeps blowing after I turn off the car(30amp fuse). I'm running both fans on high and on the same kit. I'm pretty sure that's the reason the fuse keeps blowing. Should I buy another thermostat kit ? I was hoping someone with more knowledge on electronics could help me out. I was thinking of either buying another kit for the second fan, or buying a bigger fuse. If I buy a bigger fuse my senses tell me that something will burn up haha :nono:

Thanks !

use a relay on the fans and isolate the power supply for each fan. put a 20 amp fuse on each fan.

^ what he said.
you can use a fan control relay out of a maxima as it has a dual pole relay so you can switch the two fans on at once using one relay instead of two...helps keep wiring down.

You can take a green or blue relay from nissan (they seem to be the same) and wire it up... Ill make a writeup soon on how I did mine.. I use the relay to control 2 fans, works great... Using the thermostat to control the relay, the relay to control the fans. :-)
