Fan not blowing

noticed that the fan in 2002 Qx4 was not blowing despite being on high. is this a blower relay problem or a blower motor resistor problem? any help in the matter would be great. i'd like to fix the problem myself and not have to go to the dealership. thanks

If you search for "blower amp" you should find some info on this. The amp goes bad, but it easy to replace.
