Fan is not blowing in front A/C

Now the fans do not blow at all in the front and sounds like they are blowing in back but feels like only a little heat coming out of rear vents. We are out of warranty by about 15K miles. I really need to fix this but do not have the $$ to take to the dealership right now and it is cold outside. Was hoping someone could help with location of VBC and part # Thanks so much!
