I need to know what the 4 wires on the stock A/C fan plug do. Im guessing the wires are ground, positive, lo-trigger, hi-trigger? Anyone with a FSM and can pick them out?

easier method, take the fan's leads and hook em up to a 12v source and watch em spin. If it's for the AC, I think that's got only one speed.
