fan cooling problems

ok i was having cooling prob with my fans so i wired them up to the acc relay, and i was told my heavy throttle that will overheat my relays and fuses and sayed i should use this, http://www.srownersclub.com/Me..._Code

well i use some thing like that but it didn't pulg into the relays i had to wire it up to the battery. and it keeps kicken on and off and it keeps killen my battery so i wired them up to the relay's .

any ideas if that item would be batter?
