Where can I buy a Fan Amp 2002 Qx4? Also is there another name for it?

The fan control amp is a dealer part. Not very expensive.
P.S. No need to start a new thread BTW. Could have added onto your earlier post and continued the same thread.

Go to the wreckers and search every patthy and Q they have pull everyone you find. I found just one that way, but it worked. They didn't know what it was and charged me $10 for it.

I didn't even think of that; thanks for the idea. Besides a dealer or salvage yards; would Napa or any auto parts carry a fan amp?

Again thanks for the help on this module. Went to the salvage yard and they had one for a Pathfinder and it works good as new!

How much did they charge you for it?

They charged me $21.48 after taxes. I thought that was alot better than $120-130.
