I have the overheating problem also and will try the thermostat, something else I was wondering is when I installed my SR. I used the fan clutch that came with the SR, does anyone know the temp rating difference between the SR fan clutch and KA. I also had a question about your crankcase breather coming off your valve cover. I used a small hose, ran mine to the cold air intake in between the MAFS and the turbo.

take off that fan and trash it, wire up you ac fan with a relay and have it come on with the key...frees up some hp and gets rid of that horrible clutch fan noise...sounds like you have your breather hose routed correctly, but i'd invest in a oil catch tank to keep that crap out of your turbo and IC.

The clutch on your fan slips when your car is going fast enough so the air is pushing it faster than the rpms of the engine. You can test your termo by placing it in boiling water witch should make it open, if it sticks then thats you problem.
