I have tried quiet literally everything to stop this belt from squeeling, but here is the story

I replaced the water pump recently and then the belt started squeeling, cause I forgot to change it, and reused the same belt, so I went and got a new beltPut the new belt on, squeels againSo I put more tension on it, Squeels AGAINmore tension AGAIN!!!

but the Clutch fan itself may be the issue here, because the fan decided to get "up close and personal" and a "little to friendly" with my fan shroud causing the complete and utter removal of my fan shroud due to... well absolute destruction of the shroud

So there is melted plastic all over the fan

I had a theory that maybe if I removed the clutch fan and switched to these dual electric Altima fans I have sitting in my garage would that possible solve this problem

cause I am out of ideasHELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it does always happen no matter what, I am gona go out there and coat all 3 pully's with some white lithium grease here in a moment, see if that helps, I put some red grease on there one time, worked for like.... 1/2 a second. But yeah I HATE that clutch fan, Its gotten really loud I think the bearings in it are toasted

Are you sure it is the belt and not the idler pully going out?
