Ive read every thread on this forum about this problem and I still dont see a solution. If anyone can help, please do.

The blower fan motor on my 2001.5 Qx4 with auto climate control won't stop running on high. Ive replaced the fan amp twice and both times they failed after only a few minutes.
Last week I replaced the blower motor fan, climate controller and the fan amp but unfortunately this fix also failed. I dont know where to go from here. Can anyone offer any suggestions? I would really appreciate it if you could.
Thanks

I have to ask this type of question - was the replacement blower new or a used unit?

In my experience, a bad blower will usually damage the amplifier. That happens with an audible sound as it goes Pop!

Thank you for the response. Yes the blower was new. Not sure of the quality as it was priced very low. (So was the new fan amp and used climate controller)
As far as a noise being made, I didn’t notice a noise any of 3 times.
I now am trying to figure out how to test the blower, fan amp and climate controller.
Thanks again for your response.
