430am it wakes me up. (impressive)

Investigate and see no harm. Reset and come back in. 3-5 mins later off again. Reset and back in for one more false alarm. I then open and closed the door and locked it with the key itself. So far 30 minutes of peace.

Suggestions on what can do all the above?

:welcome: to NICO!

I know you were sleep deprived when you wrote this :D

What model and year of car are we talking about? Is this the factory alarm that's going off, or an aftermarket one that was installed?

I looked through a database of the TSBs (technical service bulletins) for your car, and don't see anything. I'm going to move this thread to the M forum, because I think you'll get a better response there.

Good luck!

Its possible your trunk is causing the alarm to go off. I have had a lot of flase alarms too, usually at all hours of the early morning. Usually when it is cold. I found if I open the trunk and close it hard then the problem goes away for a while.

Every once in a while I will be driving and my trunk open warning will come on after this has happened too. When I havent opened the trunk in quite a while and had no problems before.
