i know that i need to run the fal fans in my car, but i was wondering wich ones, the only one listed for the 240 is part # 345 witch is for the ka motor, i didnt know if there was anyone that know if this is the one i need or is there another set that im not seeing, also i have the top hat mounts and didnt know if anyone has ever made these puller with the rad in the stock location, or does everyone just use them as pushers thanks

buy the pullers if you can fit them, otherwise get the push. thermostat is up to you

ok so i bought the fans, and they wont fit they hit the lower support edges on the radiator support, just wondering what everyone did to run these fans, i have a koyo rad and the pusher fans, looks like i could drill some new holes and mount the rad a little closer to the motor, i just dont want to cut out to much of the support

yea i can get a pic up tomorrow night, but if you look at the forward x member right in front of the radiator, on the right and left corner it rounds off, and the fan shroud hits right there on each side
what mounting method are you using? i don't use those huge plastic brackets FAL supplies you. is that what is interfering? or is it the fan shroud itself? I use the "through the core" straps.
basically i set the fan in the body first. then place the radiator in and mount it. then i strap the fan to the radiator. never had any fitment issues. the only problem i've had is strapping the fan to the radiator and trying to put the whole assembly in at once. it's too thick to go in that way.

no def going to use the strap method, i tried puttin the fan in first but i couldnt get the rad in the mounts then, wich koyo are you using, im using the thicker r series but i will def try to get a pic tonight
