Faking ECU signals - bare minimum wiring to run

We are in the process of installing a KA24DE into a race car. Does anyone know the absolute bare minimum signals we need to the ECU for the car to run correctly? We've gotten some of it hooked up - the motor cranks and has spark, the fuel pump is running but it does not appear that the injectors are operating.

The coolant sensors affects how the engine runs. You also need the TPS, idle air control valve, and some others I can't think about.
What do you have hooked up so far?
