failure during monthly systems check

i periodically perform a tire smoking (near) stop on warm pads to clean off all the crap and burnish the pads into the rotors real nice.
Blacq (11/94 production, 120.2k miles) still has all original brake lines--noticed soft pedal after burn-in and stopped to find the RF brake line was wet.

Of course, this was bound to happen--why i changed all 4 hoses pre-emptively on silver at the 13yr mark. i knew i was on borrowed time, but thought i could get away with it. was going to do this at next pad change anyway--now i just have to do field surgery (relatively simple, true) in the shadows of the condo garage since i won't be in new house for another month.

You should go with the SS lines, they are definitely worth the money...

They are not prefect as Q45Tech had one fail at a low speed.
