Ok before I went to get tested I was at a 1/4 tank and put a whole bottle of HEET in i, hoping to lower the emissions... Well when I got to the place they ran it a few times and it always said...Test aborted, Sample Dilution...wtf? they said it cant get a high enough reading of COx at idle, the machine cant pick up enough emissions to get a reading. Which makes absolutly no sense, I fail because there equipment is junk and cant read that low? BTW i have a full 3in turbo back exhaust, no-cat, a walbro fuel pump on stock fpr. I realize i may not pass to begin with but this motor runs soo clean it seems like, no smoke. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem... and what did they do?

big exhaust suck atmospheric air back in which gets to the emissions sensor, they need to stich the probe in furthur and possibley reduce the size of the tailpipe with a clost or something

Well i dont see how you would ever pass without a cat for one. Then its not your fault they cant get a reading, tell them to figure that out or you are going to pay another shop to test your car.
