Fading STB

Has anyone had their (black) Racingline STB start to fade? Mine is fading from where the bolt through weld is, moving towards the center.

Mine was the prototype and its still loookin fine. Its hard to tell from your pic, is something rubbing on it? the hood?

No nothing is rubbing on it. The black is just turning purple.

Mine is only 3 weeks old; but I'll def. keep a watchful eye on it.

Mine has only been installed a few weeks as well. No issues yet.

i've had mind for a coupe months now and i haven't looked at it i'll check once i get out of work

I just put my STB on yesterday. All I can saw is wow. I don't think this is in my head, but my car feels like a completely different car. Even in hard cornering the front end is so smooth and it just feels like the wheels is linked to my brain. It does exactly what I want it to do!

For some reason my car was being dumb though and the holes were moving very very slightly that I couldn't tighten the bolts without jacking the car up.
