faded sun eaten interior

I have blue interior but its so damaged there are parts where its decent but parts where its like light blue
is there a way I can fix it my self with paint
I want to put black leather style materiel on the seats but the other pieces like the dash door panels counsle etc paint them black if possible
What brand and products do u recommend
and please dont let me get started on the wood trim its cracked faded dull amd just a mess so I realized I can peal everything off and ima just going to wrap it
im thinking of carbon fiber for now and then maybe wrap it with a lighter wood grain when I get everything done
