Greetings again folks... just wandering if anyone knows if the dealership can provide a copy of the factory window sticker for the car if you provide them with the VIN #... I am trying to figure out the original price of my Q.. '02 premium package w/ chromed 18s, factory spoiler, mud-guards, clear nose-bra (factory?).I also have the rear sunshades (not sure if that is part of the premium package). Thanks again.Haggis

No, only one with the car. I would guess $48K in 1992 pre-Euro dollars.

Oops! Wrong decade. $56K in pre-Iraq incursion dollars.

You can go to the used car sites and price out an 02.

I was curious to get the specific sticker relative to my own car.. not just the general specifications.

When I've gone to the stealership parts counter with my VIN they enter it and are able to look up specifics on parts installed on my Q. It's not a window sticker but since your model year Q had options available the parts guy should be able to print it up and you'll know what was installed at the factory, the stealership or aftermarket.

Why is this relevant to an '02 F50?

Looking at option prices will make you cry when you realize they depreciate 5 times faster than the basic car and many things are lucky to get 10% of new MSRP price when 3 years old.

Actually the more options the less a vehicle should be worth as looking from a repair perspective these options are the things that fail and bring with them the extra costs.

Sunroof, power windowa/seats, electronics, rear sun shades, rear ac, GPS/NAV, etc.

Unless the original owner has it somewhere, there's not any way to reproduce them.

My Dad worked for a dealership for years and they would get some frustrated by kids that rolled down the windows while their parents would be test driving a car. They had no way of reprinting it with an original, they had to repair/tape or make up one of their own, which looked cheap and "fake" by comparison.

If you're interested in what the original purchase price was, check with the originating states Motor Vehicles, it would have been recorded on the title.

That car was factory sticker north of 50k for sure. I remember the 2000 Annivsary Edition was north of 50k when I bought me 97' used in 2000, but I could have bought a new 2000 with EVERYTHING for 43k + Tax & Junk as I knew a stealership GM in So Cal. I remember when the 2002 hit showrooms in 2001 sometime that they were around 55k, I would say yours is in that ball-park.

I still have my window sticker for 1984 300ZX, I found it on the truck so it was never applied, it would be cool to have for my Q45 and 2005 X-Terra but neither were included.
