I was wondering if anybody had the factory window sticker that they could post up here? Also, any idea what the MSRP was for the 1994 Q with the touring package? Most sites I have seen only show the base model and Q45a model prices.

$54K in 1994 was real money! Hell it still is in my world... no wonder parts are so expensive!

"7 year/unlimited corrosion warranty."

I wonder what that's all about, and if I can have either of my 2 issues addressed by the dealership. Other than those the body is flawless.

Interesting, I have a perfect color matched truck with spoiler/light and Q45t badge, but do not have heated seats or 4 wheel steering. Just checked under the rear and I did not see a sway bar. Time to upgrade from the salvage yard! Thanks for posting up!

It wasn't unusal for someone to throw the spoiler and re-badge it as a Touring. I remember in 94 that was a package, which for 1,100 bucks was a lot. If you're lacking the sway bar then you probably do not have a real touring.

At this point the 4 wheel steering isn't a big thing to NOT have as that system if not already failed is a ticking time bomb.

Ah did not realize that you could get the touring look as a package. Time to get the rear sway bar, but will skip the 4W steering. By the way, where is the performance steering ratio? Is it part of the rack or somewhere else?

Skip the T rear bar, and get the rear bar and front bar off of an active Q. That's generally considered to be the optimal setup. I just did this swap on mine and it made a huge difference. You can feel the back start to roll, and then just level out. You can outdrive the suspension easier though - so you have to learn where to ease up. You don't have the roll to warn you like you normally would.

ATL is the mecca of dead Q45s. You can pick up the bars dirt cheap at the pull-a-part. http://www.pullapart.com

Order new bushings and whatever wear items you need from one of the online vendors like http://www.orderinfinitiparts.com.

Good luck!

Which set-up will reduce the most amount of understeer? I rather have oversteer than understeer!
