Skip the T rear bar, and get the rear bar and front bar off of an active Q. That's generally considered to be the optimal setup. I just did this swap on mine and it made a huge difference. You can feel the back start to roll, and then just level out. You can outdrive the suspension easier though - so you have to learn where to ease up. You don't have the roll to warn you like you normally would.
ATL is the mecca of dead Q45s. You can pick up the bars dirt cheap at the pull-a-part.
