factory spoiler seal

the black seal around my spoiler is coming loose and I just wanna see if anybody else is having the same problem? I'll try to get some pictures of it when I get home today It happend the first month I got my car and I got the dealership to fix it so I'm gonna have to give them a call and see whats the deal. hopefully this isn't going to be a recuring problem

my spoiler is doing the same thing. not sure why nor how to fix it. hope we can get some help from fellow a/c owners who have spoilers.
