Factory radio making staic noise

When the factory Bose radio is turned on, a loud static noise is coming from the rear passenger side speaker. Now yesterday when I turned the car on the static noise started without turning the radio on which has never happened before. Also when i try to turn the radio on it keeps shutting off.

Seeing as the symptom happened for the first time where the static is constant and the radio now shuts off when turned on, could that be a blown fuse? Was looking into fixing the problem before, but now I definitely cant drive having to constantly listening to that static the whole time. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance
