does anyone have a link to this saved for the 2010 coupe? I've tried a few searches and am coming up dry. I plan on messing with the switch until I either break it or get the fogs to come on independently from the headlights; preferably the latter.

I'll see if I can find anything in there, it just takes ~10 minutes for my dumb computer to open one of those pdfs so it will take awhile since idk what the abbreviations are haha

I'll skim through it when I have time, though I think I can work some kind of magic on it when I get my hands on your fog switch. I have my hopes up, I really do. Maybe we can fix your high beams while were at it

Sub-section PCS page 39 for wiring diagrams, I'll look into it more when I get off work

The fog-light switch is an input to the BCM (body control module) computer in the dashboard. The BCM then sends messages over the car's network to the computer in the IPDM (intelligent power distribution module) computer under hood, where there's a relay to switch the power. So the software probably makes sure that the fogs only come on with the low beams. You'd have to run your own separate wiring if you want it to work differently.

BTW, the file FWD.PDF has the table of contents for the manual.

swap the low beam and foglight wire harnesses to the actual bulbs.. then your fogs come on with your low beam and parking light switch and you have to turn the foglight switch to turn on your low beams no special wiring required
