Factory DVD player doesn't work anymore

Just had the alternator replaced and now the dvd player doesn't work. It won't turn on and the system acts like there isn't one even installed. Everything else seems to be working fine. We called the dealership and we're told "it's a fuse" but wouldn't tell us anything else. Help please?
