Hello, i just wanted to know if the factory phone system was provided by nokia.

It's a 1995 Q45 a.

i was prepping my car for a navigation system install and i found a speaker under the glove box (nokia label on back) and box under the center ash tray (nokia).

the box has connections that i cut labeled speaker, mic, phone, and data.

the mic is on headliner near the visor.

thanks

Is there any way of plugging into the existing cell phone set ups in our cars with our current cell phones. Everything in my car is intact (including the phone) but it doesn't make sense to activate the old corded phone.

No because the factory phones use stuff that is completely outdated... You most likely cannot even get service anymore for it.
