Factory Backup Camera

I have a 2010 Altima Sedan SL. I was wondering if anyone has used the factory backup camera with an aftermarket nav unit and if so how did you make it work? I know I could just use an aftermarket camera, but I would rather keep it factory if possible.

If I'm not mistaken, you can't. But, if you want to get a new one, don't ditch your old. I may be interested in buying it from you. :D I first need to investigate whether or not the wiring is still in the car.
