WHAT! man its right on your factory wiring harness! one of the pins on the connector is for your factory amp turn on. This is probably the third time ive said this on the forum, seeing as how your thread was to the point, here is a screenshot for everyones reference!

remember..your looking at the mating end of the connector. and the "blue/blue+white" wire is on the Aftermarket harness that connects to the factory harness from the aftermarket deck, i forget what colour it was on the factory harness...but follow this pinout and youll be fine. You can also wire your subwoofer amp remote turn on to this wire, I did and it works flawlessly, both amps turn on at the same time

good luck!

what are you trying to do? you said you wanted your amp to turn on and needed the amp turn on wire for factory amp.....dont you have to run rca cables to your head unit from your amp anyways? just run your turn on wire via the same route

nope..i dont have an aftermarket head unit YET..heres what i did....i ran my power wire from my battery to the rear of the truck....took off my quarter panel cover nd found the amp..I FOUND OUT WHAT WIRE TURNED ON THE FACTORY AMP 5 MINUNTES AGO!!!! which is a plus lol....now what i have to do is tap into a speaker for my RCA convertor(converts normal speaker wire into an RCA jack) now i have to figure out which wire are speaker wires coming from the amp

yep, i did the same thing he is wanting to do, my sub amp turn on wire is connected to my bose amp turn on wire. connector 9. on the 4th diagram. The connectors are pictured at the bottom so when you unplug yours at the amp you know exactly which pin it is. This is for a 2002 pathfinder, should be the same for all though i would assume.
