i heard it somewhere, was the ka24de manual trannt built to withstand 400hp? just curious...

I believe that rumor is correct as the sr20 transmission internals are the exact same as the ka transmission. with the exception of the bellhousing.

Thanks. I've been workin hard on it, I bought it lookin like this, but she's all better now, suspension, then engine are next in that order. Its gonna take some time.

yeah im goin with coilovers but im not sure yet im trying to use the aluminum uprights i have from a 300zx, but i cant find a company that'll do anything custom for me besides JIC which aren't the best for street. I'll keep you guys pasted but as of right now I'm stuck. any advice on which coilovers are nice would be appriciated actually. thanks again.

and yes, the KA transmission can that much HP, ive seen it done
