If anyone is near the Minneapolis area (or even futher, I drove 5 hours) looking for an Infiniti, be sure to check out Luther Infiniti of Bloomington! Nathan there was a huge help in my purchase of our new 2010 G37x Sedan, it was truly the most pleasant car buying experience of my life!!!!!! Trust me, I have purchased plenty of new vehicles, and this guy has his poop in a group! :dblthumb:

Anyway, I am enjoying the ride, I will be completing the mod so I can play video on the front screen probably tomorrow, other than that, the wifey loves her new ride!!!! :bigthumb:

i just recently did the MOD for the dvd... taking the dash apart looks intimidating but its very easy. Then you only have to worry about two wires. you ground e-brake wire and put the Speed sense on a switch so you dont lose your navigation. it works perfectly on my 2010 G37x.

Congrats on your purchase!!!

I completed the mod Saturday. I actually chose to use a DPDT switch, that way I can flip from totally stock, to mod. If there was ever some sort of service issue I would make sure it was in the "stock" position, I would assume it could otherwise draw some sort of a red flag.

I cleverly hid the switch just underneath the lip of the lower dash, it is within a hands reach for me. My 3 year old loves the fact that he can now watch movies in both of our vehicles.
