Do the rear brakes on q45 (f50) need any special tools to replace ? How hard is the installation☆

No Consult 2 needed. Just be sure not to over tighten the slide pin bolts!

There's nothing special about changing the brakes on the Q45. The typical brake change protocol should be applied. Just change the brakes yourself or have some sort of independent shop change the brakes for you to save you a lot of money. Importantly, Nissan/Infiniti rotors are garbage. :gapteeth:

Ok thanks..I agree Nissan rotors are garbage. .I'm going to go with aftermarket cross drilled rotors and premium pads ..
