f31club.com dying, moving entire build thread here

Started this build back in jan-feb 2010, with limited to no knowledge of mechanics. Bought an rb20det completely disassembled and could not account for everything. Got a 1990 inifniti m30 at the same time. I got the idea from Project Magazine when I was deployed and thought the swap was unique and was cheap and got the rb20. Being cheap did not pay off as I ended up spending about what I payed for the motor in parts to complete it. The rb20 came AWD so I assume it was the R32 Skyline type M version. Anyways, Ill copy and paste the entire 11 page thread if people are interested in what I have been thru in the past couple years. And BTW it still doesnt run hahaha. I have the final parts on order, the right guys to take this mess off my hands and finish it, and the funds to get it done (finally >.<). It will take some time to archive and repost from my old build thread. And yes, I have put this up for sale/trade multiple times because it has been that big of a stress to me to see it just sit there. These times are what I call the Final Hours for this car as I am 100% sure this will be completed very soon.

Also, anybody know an easier way to link pics here instead of transferring them all the photobucket?

Not much progress made besides whats in that link I posted. Was planning on finishing it up by now but I got screwed with 2 of my parts orders. Its probably going to be longer now due to the fact that I got another car Im going to flip (more $$$ to the m30). Still needs exhaust from downpipe on back, the front sway bar issue resolved, stupid rb30 transmission bolt pattern matched with the jgy rb20 shifter. Other than that just basic fluids change, transmission flush and a new battery (somehow mine completely died at a shop I had it in.....)

i too have the project car mag with the swap and that looks like a very fun car indeed.
