anyone ever experience this clutch... its sorta ebay, but ive heard a lot of good feedback from them... http://gripforce.com/store/ind...d=155

im thinkin on getting a stage 2 from them... the pressure plate is heavy duty and the clutch plate is made out of carbonized kevlar...

one of my friends has their stage 3 on his sr and another w/ stage 2 on his sr and they both love theirs...

all the honda-acura guys have given it good reviews on their forum and said it has taken what you can throw at it...

what do you guys say?

Do a search and you'll find that they're hit and miss. Some people have good luck with them, some have them disintegrate after one engage. Just do a search on NICO and google for them and read the reviews and make up your own mind.

they are not bad but i would not recommend the stage 1 for extreme duty

i gave it hell for a little more than a year and then it decided to fall apart burnouts, 3000rpm launches(traction issues), sliding well worth the 100 bucks i spent initially but i like my exedy stage 2 for 400 bucks

$400 for anything organic is a waste... it just takes good installation

i have been looking into this a little bit recently. and it seems like alot of the "ebay brand" clutches are hit or misss. but it also seems like alot of people who cheap out on clutches dont install correctly/break in properly thats why they go to s*** so quickly. no offense to anyone

ive found out the same thing... many people have lasted 1yr, 2yrs, 3yrs, and ive seen an acura that gone 30k and running strong...

i think thats all it is, good install and break in 500mile+
