as it says i have a AWSOME condition OS gikken twin plate clutch for a ca18, clutch and discs have tons of life left and the whole clutch is in awsome shape!

it has the OS lightened flywheel withit aswell.

yeah mine was actually another brand now that I think of it, my os giken is the one I have now (triple plate).

Can anyone shed some light on this clutch/flywheel? , how much are replacement disks from OS, and are they even available?

spl parts has everything you need to maintain an OS giken clutch...the discs are usually $90-$110 each, depending on size and composition. Some of them are considerably more (like the carbon ones in particular). Only thing you have to worry about is the manufacture date... OSG updates its designed but keeps the same partnumbers, so if you order a part with the same partnumber there is a chance it might not fit (ran into that with the crush sleeve for the Z32 clutch I have).
