I bought the updated timing chain/guide set to replace the plastic bits on my 93 motor but some nice person in Japan has done it for me so I have a spare kit here. Asking $200 AUD, I can post for extra I know this isn't a for sale area but I have seen VH45 specific bit come up for sale here from time to time, if the mods have a problem with it feel free to delete the thread
