F-Max Dyno Results I F-Max Dyno Results II & III F-Max Dyno Results IV

First and foremost, Toyota OEM injector harness plugs are a perfect fit for the SARD/Denso injectors. Thanks to Shawn at XAT for those.

Spent 4hrs at XAT on the dyno w/ Scott and Matt conducting KA ECU tuning. We ran out of time, plus the AVC-R was at 80% duty dealing w/ the WG spring. W/ some more dyno time and a 10lb spring, we'll proceed in maxing out those 550s.

Here are dyno graphs, grouped together by BAR to show progress. I'm not at liberty to release details on the ECU yet.

Sorry about the pics, cardomain is all I have :(

I'm running 10psi on my 370cc injectors. They didn't fail open until ~11.5psi at almost redline.

They are nismo injectors however. I know they have the same flow rate, but that might be at a lower fuel pressure. Just be careful and watch for the injectors to loose flow despite adding more fuel. (Hence the injector has failed open -> 100% )

Had to remove my cold air intake setup and replace it w/ this:

You can see the air intake temp sensor wires hanging, been driving around w/out it and there are no codes.

The dyno was reading temps between 99-101 degress, humidty wasn't bad though - 30-40%.

Here's a teaser shot of the ECU:

So now that you've done all of this you're gonna try and sell it??? What's up with that?

There's no way I'd sell the car - where did you here that? Don't mistake my sig line, that's for selling extra parts I have laying around.

Don't worry about 9 psi on a T3 super 60. I'm running 9.5 psi on a T3 super 60 (have been for a while) and I'm still running rich with 370 cc injectors. The turbo that Maxtype240 has is a lot larger/more efficient than a T3 super 60.
