do i need to get interior tag or exterior tag ?

The interior one works fine and is less likely to get stolen here in NYC.

I agree, I have the interior EZ Pass and have it stuck directly above the rear view mirror on the black dots. Therefor it does not block any windshield view.

Same here. Mounted in black dots and no problems. It does not block your view.

thanks I was not sure ezpass web site has list of cars witch require exterior tag and there was some Nissans and infinitis witch heave to heave exterior tags rogue was not on it but it also says that you should contact them if you are not sure I tried to call them but no luck looks like noone bothers to answer calls at ezpass . its good to heave interior tag in NYC its less likely to get stolen and less likely to get smashed up placing something on front bumper in Brooklyn is not good idea there to many idiots who don’t know how to park and only way they know its time to stop backing is when they hit your front bumper !
