A Few Questions...

1) Will this adaptor work with any Nissan auto bellhousing? Specifically, the VH41 bellhousing. According to the FSMs, the VH45 and VH41 use the same transmission (RE4R03A) so I would like to think that the bolt pattern between the bell and box are the same.

2) Ezekiel... What are you using for a Torque Converter? Obviously custom... did you have a custom converter built to bolt to the VH flexplate while being compatible with the 'glide input shaft? Did you use a glide flexplate with a spacer/adaptor for the crank? Did you have a glide flexplate redrilled for the VH crank?

3) The 'glide adaptor used obviously spaced the box back from the motor, but the VH bell might be shorter than a stock glide bell anyway, so this might not matter. How did the spacing work out? Can I expect any competant converter shop in the states to be able to handle building me one?

4) Can I either buy an adaptor from you or can you send me engineering drawings so I can have one made at the machine shop here at work? CAD, SolidWorks, or Pro/E format are all acceptable.

Thanks for your help!

- Steve

if they are the same then its a big YES

Custom Torque convertor. ie. convertor to suit powerglide input shaft and with the feet position modified to suit VH45 flexplate. There is no spacer behind the crank

So A minus B must equal C ... where C = height of the convertor
