I have emailed Extreme Dimensions asking where these eyelids came from. Anyone seen them somewhere else?

That would take a lot of patience and skill probably. I'm sure you could take it to auto shop and they will do it.

I was going to smoke my taillights but I backed out because I didn't want to screw up the lights and have to shell out $250 or so for new ones. I called an auto shop and they said they would do it for $50 a taillight. So $100 all together.

Doesn't seem like too bad of a price. Try printing out the picture and taking it to a shop and see what they tell you.

Thats pretty cheap. Not to mention it looks really cool.

I deff wouldn't do it to the stock headlights though. I would go for the halo ones cause those look sweet. Especially if it had the eyelids painted on em.

This looks like an easy mod.

start here: http://www.paintscratch.com/pricing.htm12.5oz Spray can: 24.95(base coat) + 12.25 (clear) + some Blue tape

Pull the lights, mask them, scuff the area to paint(lightly) and a coat or two and your done.

or u can always use black vinyl instead which holds up in any weather and looks just as good and easier to remove

It's hard to apply if you aren't good in working that sort of plastic around the contoured shaped of the light housings...
