Eyelid templates?

I went out and got the vinyl i need to make eyelids but my first attempt was horrible at doing it...

anyone got a template I can print out?

i also made my eyelids, but it was mainly trial and error.

I took some legal sized white paper and traced a general outline, then sitting in front of the headlight and trimming, I made the shape I wanted. then traced the shape on thin cardbaord and used that.

if you have some kinda film or paper that is see through, like tint paper, then it would be easier to do.

Thanks, I'm prob just gunna tint them a medium dark or something....I'm supposed to get the tail lights smoked out Friday but its supposed to rain Hopefully it will hold out, I really wanna get em

you doing the tails with vinyl or spray?

i really like the GTR style headlight tints, probably cause i dont want to ruin the HID color output lol

nevermind, went with the vinyls instead, i like how they came out though

The trick I used for maying the eyelids, I used the blue painters tape.

You then just overlay the tape in a few strips to cover where you want the eyelid to be, then draw out the line with a sharpie.

Remove the blue tape in its entirety and cut the line you bade with the sharpie.

Chin how come you dont come out to shows?We have meets all the time around LI and BK...
