2nd generation Q45 is equivalent to a JDM Y33 Cima V8. It's the same car, bumpers and emblems are the only difference (and RHD, LHD obviously).

A Y33 is a Cedric or a Gloria, neither of which ever had the VH41DE and both of which are JDM only.

A Cima is a FY33, and the second generation 1997-2001 Q45 (or, more accurately, a Q41) is a FGY33.
