:ylsuper Extrude Hone upper/lower intake plenums/ Non-Turbo. #402825 Polished Extrude Hone upper plenum - Fits 7/89-9/93 is this for my J WHAT DO U DUDES THINK:thinker :help

My understanding is that polishing the inside of the intake slightly increases high rpm power, but there are losses at low rpm because the ecu is tuned for the turbulence created by the rough finish.

jet chip helps with ECU???

I would guess that all aftermarket chips are tuned for stock components.

Don't waste your money with extruding. It's a VERY MINIMAL gain for the time and money to have it done. It's been recorded to get 1-3 HP gains. Turbo is different on the other hand. But you don't have turbos. You'd do better just to have it thoroughly cleaned. Throttle bodies and plenums.
