Extremly HIGH Oil Pressure 2007 Under 50K miles P0011/P0021

Car: 2007 Nissan Titan 5.6 Flex Fuel King Cab

Constant P0011 and P0021 Valve timing advance errors. Oil pressure (checked with a gauge) is 60 PSI at Idle, 150 PSI at 4K RPM.
Oil has been changed every 4K miles and truck has UNDER 50K miles on it.

Ideas or any other issues of HIGH Oil pressure??

same results before and after oil filter change?

if so then i would say the pressure relief valve in or around (after) the oil pump may be jammed or seized
