extremely strange electrical gremlins on '95 odb1

my car (s14 odb1) is very wierd.

heres what happens.

i connect the battery, my car is just like normal. security light blinks, clock is on, lights turn on and off, power locks work, not much else works. just like regular.

i turn the key to accessories. my radio comes on, my gauges (VSD concept) turns on, nothing else turns on. normal so far. i turn the key back off and take it out and im back to stage one.

now, if i turn the key to ON, the rest of the stuff comes on like regular, blower motor works, power windows come on, dash lights and stuff come on. now heres the tricky part. when i turn the key back to off and take it out, my radio and gauges turn off, BUT the dash lights stay on, power windows still work, blower motor still works, etc. and the key is out of the ignition. also if i start the car and turn it off, the car stays running.

i can unplug the ignition harness and it stays running. ive also tried pulling the ignition fuse, 12v fuse, 30amp ignition link, and it dosent affect anything. but when i pull the 75 amp fuse, the car shuts off. then i plug the fuse back in, and the car goes back to normal. none of the accessory stuff works, car is just like regular, only things that work are the lights on and off, security light, and clock.

anyone have any idea? how does pulling the 75 amp fuse "reset" my car? and what could be keeping the car running? i was thinking it was the ignition switch but i mean i can unplug the ignition switch and nothing changes so it couldnt be that, right?

anyone have any ideas? it dosent seem like it would be a crossed wire, since the power only gets stuck on once the car reaches the on position?

i am so totally stumped on this. like, i can install a battery cutoff but i dont want to mess with that and that would be so ghetto rigged. and it would reset my ecu all the time and stuff which would suck.

oh also i was hotwiring it the other day, and if i give the blower motor etc. (i think its called ignition 2 on the harness map?) and then take the power away, they stay on, so its not the ignition switch jamming up.
