Extremely low Idling problem

I have a 1989 240sx coupe, that has been idling extremely low. While idling in drive, it runs around .5 rpms. While idling in either park or neutral it idles just under 1 rpm. It seems like if every time i stop it runs just above 0 rpm, and wants to die. Any help would be extremely helpful. Thanks:help

turn up the idler screw on the TB

.5 rpms? so half a revolution per minute? thats craaaaaaaaazy. then it goes to one revolution per minute? what motor do u have?
