Extremely Lean

Car will start and idle without MAF, runs rich at idle around 10 AFR. As soon as I try to rev the engine it leans out so bad (off the chart) it cuts the engine off around 2000 RPM's. Car will not start with MAF plugged in, AFR off the chart lean.

Any Ideas?

CA18DET with blow through setup. Z32 Maf, 1G DSM 450cc injectors, t3 turbo, SAFC, AEM Wideband.

IMHO, you've got way too many mods to be tuning with an SAFC, but that being said, something is REALLY off. With the MAFS unplugged, the ECU goes into limp mode and pulls from another, internal fuel map. That fuel map is based off of 370cc injectors. For it to run, and be LEAN on 450cc injectors is REALLY wrong.

Are you sure the ECU hasn't been chipped for 550cc injectors? Have you inspected wiring? Checked for codes? Checked for leaks (pressure tested intake system)? Checked fuel pressure?

You have A LOT of variables here, and this could be very hard to diagnose.
