I have my fmic off my 98 s14 kouki with the brackets to bolt up to a kouki, i dont know if the brackets/mounting will clear the zenki headlights but it has four other spots to bolt up brackets to for mounting.its 31"from end tank to end tank12" tall, 3" thick and has 3" holes for piping
