Extra DRLs for 06 M45

I originally tacked onto Larz's thread but I'll start a second thread for more options. Be warned! Larz's method is much easier and IMHO, looks better but I figured since I had them laying around:

Dean, mate that looks absolutely brilliant! That was the 1st choice location when I began my mod. However,I would have had to cut that cross piece off to the exact size of the DRL and also cut a bit from the both the top and bottom of the grille insert, then find a way to secure the DRL. That is why we opted for my 2nd choice at the bottom of the bumper. I think both locations are perfect. The trick to making DRLs look great is that they HAVE to be near the outer edges of the bumper and they have to be no higher than the height you chose. Good thinking cap, yours is!
BTW, I believe yours was the first car with the carbon fiber wrapped multi-switch ... which I shamelessly copied into my 07 M35. I got so many compliments on just that one mod. I am thinking about doing that in my 09 M but the dash is a chocolate color so I fear it will not 'fit in' and look as great as it did on my old black dash.
