first of all, the KA does NOT "like to blow!" hahaha let's get that straight first!
what grade are you in, and what class is this for? It'd make a huge difference if it's for a sophamore year in highschool science project or if it's for physics in college..
next, you need to decide what you mean by "blow." There is alot that could happen to an engine... you could have rods break at high RPMs or bad piston-rod ratios, headgaskets burn out, valves bent from bad timing or detonation due to lack of fuel. you need to decide what "problem" you want to describe before you dive in.
I really think the last thing - preventing detonation - might be the easiest. You can describe flow rates of the engine and fuel demands at various presures, then show what detonation is and all that. Theres a lot of physics in that or you could describe it simply... depends on what you wanna do.
