Extra Cost for Out-of-Province/State

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Ok.
I've decided to go new EX35... rather than demo.
The difference BEFORE negotiations is $4500 for a NEW (vs demo with thousands of KMs and no Tech).
that in my mind is worth it.

does it cost the local dealer any extra to buy a car from another dealer in canada?
are they less likely to negotiate then?

the NEW fully loaded EX is $58426 CAD OTR.
that is with a $3800 discount ($4500 minus $700 shipping cost).
the thing is, Infiniti offers a $4400 cash incentive now. so really the dealer is still making everything from invoice.

i should be able to knock a few thousand more off the manufacturers' offer?

batter up...

Find out what the 'invoice' price is for the vehicle you are interested in. then deduct the '$4400' or whatever incentive the manufacturer has and that will be the 'least' price u will be wiling to pay for (of course u still responsible for tax / title etc. Seems to me your dealer is asking for too much still.

thanks. i'm going in for $54000 OTR.
that gives him 3+% and more for packages. and holdback.
