JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS, I SOLD HIM STUFF, HE BITCHED AND MOANED A MONTH LATER THAT THE ECU WAS BURNED.
I SENT HIM 2 EXTRA ECU'S, FOR FREE, I EVEN PAID FOR SHIPPING, AND NOW HE IS TRYING TO SELL THEM FOR $110 EACH.

Umm ca18datsun510 did send me a bad ecu after I paid for $400 worth of Ca18 parts from him. How is me paying for $400 worth of ca18 parts including an NON WORKING ecu(which was supposed to be working), you giving me ecu's for free? Thats what you apparently dont get...If you sell something bad to someone you should either refund it or replace it. I DID NOT ASK YOU to send 2 ecu's. YOU are the one that decided to send me the 2. I only needed ONE ECU to replace the bad ecu you sold me.
In the mean time while I was waiting on these ecus (which I did not think were coming, since you would never respond to any form of contact) I purchased one from "OmarM" to get my car running as I was pressed for time. After I had already ordered the ecu from "OmarM" and before it had even been recieved, the replacement "ecu's" ca18datsun sold me showed up suprisingly, I tested all the ecus and they all work. So I was then stuck with 2 extra ecu's. So what is the problem with me selling the extra ecu's I have? Do I really need 3 to run my car, I dont think so. OH AND ACTUALLY "ca18datsun510" I sent you money to cover shipping. Also way to go with shipping ecu's in an ****ing envelope, I now know why the first one was messed up because of your ignorant ***.
Let me know if either of you have any more issues with me selling extra parts THAT I PAID FOR.

2. i never heard from you again till february.
3. anything could have happened in that time frame.
4. i had the items i sent you insured for the full $400 why did you wait till february to tell me that you recieved the box damaged and that the ecu had a dent in it? im ignorant?
5. as far as me not responding to your emails, like i told you i do not keep a computer strapped to my side to respond to you 24/7. you sent me about 3 emails a day and aim messages on top of that. you actually had the nerve to send me a message at 1:30 am, while i was sleeping, and then another during the day while i was at work, and them before i got home at 630pm, you made a post blasting me, which you retracted cause you knew you were wrong.
you want to get rid of the extra ecu/ecu's i sent you? you can give them away to the next person who has a problem or send them back to me.

Oversteer180, you can sell your parts for whatever price you want to, but try and be a little bit easy on pricing for the poor CA18 owners of NICO. As far as I'm concerned this situation is dead . The car is running now, ca18datsun510 gave you a little bit more for the troubles and technically, you can make some of your money back. So if anyone doesn't have any objections, I'm locking this thread. And if you guys still feel a need to discuss this further, let me know and we'll go from there. Other than that, we pride our forum on being bitchy-free, so let's continue on with our legacy.
