external wastegate stuck open? RB25det S1

ive been looking on the forum and no one is quit answering my question. i have an external wastegate and it is stuck open, where do the two vaccum lines off the wastegate go? ones on the side near the bottom, and the other is on the top. and response will be helpful:) thanks

If you are running a boost controller, I need specifics on the model. If you are running no boost controller, leave the top nipple open and connect the lower nipple directly to a vacuum source anywhere from the compressor of the turbo to the intercooler. Details on your wastegate are helpful.

no boost controller (but need one, any ideas) the waste gate is a 38mm external from cxracing.The spring in it is set for 8psi. and do i run the lower nipple to a TEE? if so where too?

Well for boost controllers, I personal like the Greddy Profec B but it is pricey. If you would rather save a little money and get a manual, I recommend the Hallman Pro or the cheaper variant, Blox.

The bottom line of the wastegate can either tee into an existing vacuum or have its own direct source, just as long as the source is either at the turbo or between it and the intercooler.

thanks man i went with the hallman pro, and i got the waste gate on and working but the car isnt makeing the 8psi its suppose to. it wouldnt idle but i took it up the street just to see if it made boost. but once i got on the street and i tried to goose it form 1500rpm and once it hit 2000-2300rpm it would run sraight into a wall, now it wont start off the starter but it will roll start but once again. She just boggs down.. im lost, im running 40psi of fuel pressure, and brand new fuel pump and filter, and suggestions? thanks
